I have painted as long as I can remember, started off in my youth
 doing sketches and caricatures and eventually moving to
 oil after becoming confident enough to work
 in this difficult medium.

As I am a comic book collector myself, much of my inspiration
 comes from comic books in my own collection.

I guess it all started when I was approached by fellow comic
 collectors and comic fan's who suggested...

 "would it not be fun to have one's favourite comic
 character as a really large painting on the wall?"

I hope you will enjoy these pieces as much as I did creating them.
